So I ordered all the stuff I need for the next Meeting "Homebrewed Beers".. Im making my Sweet Orange Juniper Ale with a couple changes (hopefully Good) to the BeerQuest Entry I made. Below is a Link to the recipe I made

Sounds good, Schweit. I might suggest that you don't boil the juniper berries for a whole 30 minutes. I think you could add them with like 2-5 minutes left and get a lot more of the aroma/flavor out of them while still being sanitary. I would imagine a lot of the juniper aromatics are lost through the steam in the boil. I don't know for sure, just a thought.

I will be bringing my wheat wine and my crystal meth ale. And most likely a 5 gallon keg of my sub-standard Irish red.
