Okay.. so I bottled my Foreign Export Stout from the keg last night. Not bad. I'm not super proud--but I'm not ashamed either. Doing it all over again, I would not have done the pound of Carafa-Post-Fermentation-Mini-Mash. The carafa has muted the complexities exhibited by both the special B and Sour Mash. I think I would've rather sacrificed color for flavor. Overall, it's a muted stout. Who knows, maybe the public will love it. .. As for me, I "like" it. We'll see how it all goes down, soon!

Sounds good, I think you have a good chance with a balanced, muted stout. Especially with all of the Irish reds sort of blending together. Why did you keg it first and then bottle from the keg?
