Here's the goose island imperial IPA clone that Belding and I came up with. We will be brewing it on Presidents day. Any suggested changes? We are technically using a shit ton of several different in"greedy"ents.

Style: Imperial IPA
Type: All grain
Size: 5.25 gallons
Color: 12 SRM
Bitterness: 88 IBU
OG: 1.082 FG: 1.016
Alcohol: 8.5% v/v (6.7% w/w)
Grain:
6 lb. American 2-row
6 lb. Maris Otter
1 lb. American Munich
1.5 lb. American crystal 10L
10 oz. American crystal 40L
.5 lb. CaraMunich
Mash: 75% efficiency
Single infusion. 154 deg/ 60 minute saccarification rest. Mash out 10 minutes at 165 deg. Fly sparge to collect 7 gallons.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.061 7 gallons
Irish moss at 15 minutes.
Hops:
1 oz. Simcoe (13% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 10 min.)
1 oz. Tettnanger (4.5% AA, 10 min.)
1 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 2 min.)
1 oz. Simcoe (13% AA, 2 min.)
1 oz. Tettnanger (4.5% AA, 2 min.)
1 oz. Simcoe (aroma)
1 oz. Tettnanger (aroma)
Yeast: White Labs American ale V / dry packet of Safale US-05
Dry hopped with 1 oz tettnanger, 2 oz Simcoe.
Carbonation: 2.5 Volumes CO2

looks great, guys! All I'd suggest is a first wort hop with the simcoe... all in all... looks grand!
