Hodgepodge Empty Hodgepodge

Hello BMG members,
I brewed a beer yesterday that none of you even know about and will likely turn out terrible. I simply threw together many of my old in"greedy"ents, some which I've had for over a year. The malt bill goes as follows:

2.5 lbs maris otter
2 lbs 2-row
3.5 lbs of 10L crystal (I know, I know)
1 lb vienna
.5 lb munich
.5 lb caramunich

Hops:
1 oz vanguard (5%) FWH
1 oz vanguard at 15 min
1 oz vanguard at 10 min
1 oz vanguard at 5 min
1 oz ahtanum at 2 min

I will virtually guarantee that this exact beer has never been made before by any person.
If people don't find it tasty, they will at least find it hoppy.

thoughts???......what? too much crystal?!?!

Bro.. this beer, which I will deem "Crystal Meth Ale" will...be...amazing.

I just hope it ferments!

So far, so good! It has been bubbling like crazy for two days. I did a step mash in attempt to maximize both alpha and beta amylase conversion. It was my hope that this would increase the fermentability of the wort. I started off at 132 deg for 20 min, then went to 146 for 20 min, then up to 154 for 30 min prior to mashing out at 165. I will keep you all updated. I figured that YOU might like the idea, scribe! Crystal malt is your favorite.
